TecReports Ltd is a well established progressive company based in the Swadlincote area providing first class Motor Vehicle Insurance Assessing & Loss adjusting services to large insurers and blue chip companies. Due to our continued success an exciting opportunity has become available for a “Full Time Trainee In House Engineer Assessor”, working Monday - Friday & perhaps some Saturday Mornings if required. Starting off on a temporary trial basis this job is permanent for the right person after a qualifying period.

You will have a good understanding of motor vehicles with mechanical and/ or bodyshop experience, perhaps with B Tec National Diploma or equivalent. Initially, working as part of a team and closely liaising clients you will be required to value vehicles correctly & fairly using Glass’s Guide & carrying out market research via Autotrader or other market comparables. For the right candidate your roll will progress into a fully trained Total loss/ Audit engineer assessor. You will be responsible for accurate reporting. IT literate, confident, outgoing and well mannered with excellent communication skills. You will be willing to learn and attend training courses when required and treat customers fairly at all times. You will be working as part of a team supported by excellent team members. You will identify your own training requirements and regularly progress your professional development.
