Claim Flow facilitates the use of our on-line instruction wizard
linked with various data agencies sourcing instant up to date vehicle details, including vehicle history and
any previous total loss data ensuring the engineer are armed with vital vehicle data prior to total loss
negotiation facilitating accurate vehicle valuations. XML allows data transfer from your system to ours
creating instant instructions with no human intervention. We can even receive instructions via Audatex, Glassmatix
and of course E- mail or fax us.
Engineers
Working alongside our Desk Top Engineers TecReports utilise its own total loss negotiation engineers
experienced in settling claims and are fully aware of all the costs involved in failure to negotiate
a fair and reasonable value.
Prior to any total loss settlement all vehicles details are validated using direct data feeds with DVLA
data sources, MIAFTR II with any special builds, extras and mileages confirmed providing the engineers
a complete understanding of the vehicle. Our engineers will then carry out full market research to a
reasonable geographical area to ensure they have factual examples of vehicles to enable a fast and efficient

Reporting
We provide a unique data set available on line, consisting of Engineers Report, Images, Valuation Report, Market Research, and estimate to satisfy the client that the vehicle is indeed beyond economical repair.
We provide those documents on every engineered case as standard. If the vehicle is repairable we will make arrangements
to deploy the vehicle to an appropriate network repairer defined by the insurer. We will notify you instantly a settlement
has been agreed with our Claim Flow system triggering an instant payment instruction, deducting any excess and vat elements
to any payment centre in the world as secure PDF documents or secure XML feeds. TecReports can immediately arrange via electronic
data feed salvage disposal instantly reducing storage charges. We will also provide the MI data when requested.
