XML allows data transfer from your system to ours creating instant instructions with no human intervention. We can even receive instructions via Audatex, Glassmatix and of course E- mail or fax us.
Total Loss Management
TecReports Ltd facilitates the use of various salvage agents together with experienced engineers. The salvage disposal process is commenced following authorisation from the owner or in the earliest opportunity dictated by the client.

Where a vehicle is deemed a total loss (usually where repair costs exceed 75% of market value) TecReports will instruct Salvage agents to collect within 24 hours of instruction. TecReports will manage the successful sale of the salvage and its removal of the vehicle to free secure storage, subject to the agreed salvage solution. The salvage will not be disposed of until clear and salvage rights have been relinquished and any HP/ Finance has been settled by the owner. Storage Charges and any incurred costs will be settled by the salvage agent on collection of the vehicle from the holding garage and will be invoiced direct to the relevant client.
Claim Flow
Using our on line reporting facility we are able to efficiently control the salvage disposal process. Claim Flow keeps the client informed 24-7 with an up to date job history on-line diary. You will not have to chase us; we do the chasing for you. Claim Flow’s automatic diary system ensures any delays are recorded automatically and chases are carried

Data
We ensure all relevant documentation is completed with copies retained for our records. Certificates of destruction, V23’s, we can ensure MIAFTR II is updated accordingly.
