Widely respected, Ian has a strong background in vehicle accident repair industry, starting as an apprentice panel beater; in 1990 he took an opportunity to become an estimator which then led to a bodyshop mangers position which he held for 11 years. Ian then became an Independent Field Engineer Assessor in 1994 and as such gaining experience sufficient to be promoted to Engineering Manager, a role which he held until this month.
