Q. How quickly are the inspections carried out?
In general desk top inspections are carried out same day where physicals inspections are carried out within 48 hours of instructions.Q. We need our report quickly, how soon can we expect it?
Desk top reports are sent the same day together with physical inspection reports if at a Bodyshop. We endeavour to forward all reports within 24 hours usually via e mail.Q. What are TecReports fees?
The fees and costs are negotiable dependent on volumes and are usually based on I.A.E.A. Guide lines.Q. Do TecReports operate a full national service?
Yes, TecReports has a full nationwide network of engineers covering the United Kingdom we also cover the islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Eire.Q. Can TecReports provide all types of reports?

Yes. This is when you are trying to claim from somebody else's insurance company. In other words, you are insured third party and have been involved in an accident which is not your fault. If you have fully comprehensive insurance, your insurance company will handle the claim for you.Q. How do we instruct you?
You can utilise our Claim Flow instruction wizard, E-mail or fax us, we do not receive instructions by phone. Volume instructions can be done via XML or through Audatex.Q. How do you manage the claim process?
We use our online web based reporting system Claim Flow, this allows our clients instant job history updates, Claim Flow also has an inbuilt diary system which enables our admin staff to progress the Claim and inspection process allowing automatic reminders eliminating potential delays.Q. How do you monitor your performance and service levels?
TecReports utilises Claim Flow for producing reports, this records all types of data including job history logs, inspection progression time spans, repair costs, savings and vehicle values. On the back of this data we easily produce management information. This data is sent to our clients and also evaluated and auctioned upon in a regular M.I. meeting to ensure out staff have clarity on our performance.
