Claim Flow facilitates the use of our on-line instruction wizard linked
with various data agencies sourcing instant up to date vehicle details, including history and any total loss data
ensuring the engineer is armed with vital vehicle data prior to inspecting the vehicle providing an in site of the
vehicles history to the desk based engineer. This ensures accurate vehicle valuation and resulting in perfected
engineers reports.
XML allows instant data transfer from your system to ours creating instant instructions with
no human intervention. We can even receive instructions via Audatex, Glassmatix and of course E - mail or fax us.
Engineers
TecReports has its own desk top engineering facility controlled with our unique
Claim Flow system.
Using highly trained engineers many recruited from bodyshop supervisory positions and having gained relevant experience
within their field all are experienced with various estimating systems. Our engineers facilitate the use of Audatex
Gold and Glassmatix. Which, with our engineers expertise ensures the correct method, cost and feasibility of repairs
ensuring quality and safety. All engineers must hold a recognised qualification and many are: M.I.M.I., M.S.O.E, or
M.I.A.E.A. or working toward such qualifications.

We won’t submit any total loss report without market research to support its value, that’s a promise.
