Complaint Case with Resolution
Unfortunately after accident repairs to vehicles in some cases a complaint can be raised regarding damage to vehicles, repairs carried out; indeed there are numerous scenarios where complaints are raised. TecReports Ltd experienced engineers are able to handle these complaints no matter what the complexity and resolve any issues which the insured, insurers or repair may have. be anything related to the claims handling process or alleged damage caused to the vehicle.

If the compliant relates to repairs TecReports will initially carry out a post repair inspection. On completion of the post repair we will recommend a course of action to all parties concerned, we will then ensure that course of action is followed up. If it involves the vehicle being repaired again we will ensure the vehicle is not released until one of our experienced engineers have examined the vehicle again and confirmed repairs and rectification works have been carried out to an acceptable standard.
