TecReports Ltd have experienced engineer who carry out two types of audit inspection listed and explained as follows:
Repair Audit
This audit usually entails us inspecting the vehicle unannounced. This is used to ensure repairers are carrying out repairs as agreed, usually used when repairs to the vehicle has been authorised by a desk top engineer. Our engineer will examine the repair estimate and images together with the vehicle and any notes the authoring engineer has made. Any works not carried out according to the estimated agreed cost will be deducted from the repair costs and shown as savings with any comments and recommendations made. Repairer Garage Audit
This audit is a comprehensive inspection of the repairers or garage premises and service. This can be used to identify if repairers are suitable to your network and gives an independent insight into repairer. We will closely examine equipment, facilities, vehicle types, costing, staffing levels, security, health and environmental safety compliance, vehicle maintenance compliance and relevant training programs. Providing a repairer reaches the required standard we will issue a relevant certificate. Part of the service includes by annual inspection to ensure any recommendations have been carried out from the previous inspection and requirements are being maintained.
